All instrument orders ship free of charge to your specified address. Shipping costs are included in the product price — there are no hidden fees.

Processing Time

Each instrument is handcrafted in our workshop and carefully inspected before shipping. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Method

All instruments are shipped via insured courier service (FedEx, DHL, or equivalent) with full transit insurance. Each instrument is professionally packed with bridge protectors and reinforced packaging to ensure safe delivery.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
