Return & Refund Policy
7-Day Trial Period
We want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to try the instrument and decide if it is right for you.
How to Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@mingjiangzhuviolins.cn with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the correct return address based on your country.
- Keep the original packaging. You must repack the instrument in its original packaging materials, including the case, bow, accessories, and certificate of authenticity (if provided).

Ship the instrument back at your own expense:
- Customers in Japan: Return to our authorized distributor's address in Tokyo (provided upon request). You only need to cover shipping within Japan.
- Customers in all other countries: Return to our workshop in Guangzhou, China. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for the return.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned instrument and confirm that:
- It is the same instrument we shipped, and
- It shows no significant damage beyond normal trial use,
We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What Is Not Eligible for Return
- Instruments returned after the 7-day trial period
- Instruments with significant damage, modifications, or signs of abuse
- Instruments not returned in the original packaging with all included materials
Damaged or Defective Items
If your instrument arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
